Michel-Philippe Lehaire est né en 1960 à Versailles (France).
Photographe contemplatif, photographe d'atmosphères, de lieux et de femmes, auteur de recherches plasticiennes, il donne à voir - en couleurs et en noir et blanc - un univers à la fois contrasté et riche de nuances.
Signe distinctif : n'ajoute jamais de vignettage à ses photographies au moyen d'un logiciel.
Par ailleurs artiste peintre, il a notamment exposé à ce titre à la Biennale internationale d'art contemporain de Florence (Italie).
